Rule 22C
Work, Duties and Powers of the Management Committee of Community Run Schools
In addition to the work, duties and powers mentioned in the Act, the work, duties and powers of the Management Committee of Community Run Schools shall be as follows:-
(a) Appointing the principal and community teachers,
(B) To appoint other teachers and staff to be paid from the school's resources (c) ………………
(d) Entering into agreements with governmental and non-governmental associations or individuals for the benefit of the school, but prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained when entering into agreements with foreign associations or individuals.
(e) Formulate and implement the necessary plan for the development of the school (f) Clauses (f), (g) and (h) of Rule 25, except for the other duties, duties and rights to be observed and exercised.
